The Lindsay Downtown BIA (Business Improvement Area) is a Municipal Board of Management under the Council of the City of Kawartha Lakes, and represents more than 165 businesses in the downtown region of Lindsay. The Board of Directors consists of a group of Business & Property Owners, City Councillors and City of Kawartha Lakes Staff Liaisons, who all have the common goal of making Lindsay Downtown a thriving and vibrant place to live, work, and play.
