The Lindsay Downtown BIA is a Municipal Board under the Council of the City of Kawartha Lakes and represents nearly 150 businesses in the downtown region of Lindsay. The Board of Directors consists of a group of Business & Property Owners, City Councillors and City of Kawartha Lakes Staff Liasons, who all have the common goal of making Lindsay Downtown a thriving and vibrant place to live, work, and play.
