Planning for the Future of Downtown Lindsay

The Lindsay Downtown Business Improvement Association (LDBIA) is embarking on an exciting journey to create a comprehensive strategic plan that will guide the future of Downtown Lindsay. This forward-looking plan will help us address emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges as we continue to enhance the vitality, sustainability, and economic resilience of our downtown.

To support this important initiative, we are seeking a qualified consultant to facilitate the strategic planning process and develop the final plan. The selected consultant will work closely with our Board of Directors, Committee Members, Staff, and Key Stakeholders to craft a vision that reflects our community’s goals and aspirations, while delivering actionable strategies to achieve them.

Project Highlights Include:  

• Facilitating stakeholder engagement to gather insights and ideas.  
• Identifying opportunities for business growth, innovation, and sustainability.  
• Developing a comprehensive and actionable strategic plan that prioritizes key initiatives such as enhancing the public realm, improving parking infrastructure, promoting walkability, and fostering community vibrancy.
